Affiliate Programme Terms
Effective 23 May 2026.
These terms govern participation in the Silux Call affiliate / referral programme operated by Silux Telecom Ltd. By generating or sharing an affiliate link, you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. How referrals are tracked
Each affiliate is issued a unique referral code and link (e.g.?ref=YOURCODE). When someone clicks your link we store first-party cookies (silux_ref and silux_vid) on their device and log the visit on our servers (referral code, time, approximate IP, browser, landing page and any UTM tags).
- Attribution window: 90 days from the click (last touch wins).
- If the visitor registers within the window, the new customer is attributed to you whether or not they used a discount code, and the attribution is recorded permanently against that customer account.
- Once a customer is attributed to you, all of their qualifying orders and actions are logged against your affiliate record — including renewals, and including refunds and returns (which reverse the related commission).
This tracking is described to visitors in our Cookies Policy. You must not encourage anyone to block, delete or circumvent it, nor attempt to self-refer.
2. Commission
- Commission rates and any customer discount are set per programme and shown in your affiliate dashboard.
- Commission is calculated on the net amount actually paid by the referred customer (excluding VAT, credits and third-party pass-through charges).
- A referral becomes confirmed after the customer’s applicable cooling-off / qualification period and once payment has cleared.
3. Returns, refunds and clawback
If a referred customer cancels, charges back, or is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed (clawed back) from your balance, even if previously shown as pending or confirmed. We keep a full, auditable ledger of every order and reversal for each referral.
4. Payouts
- Confirmed commission is paid in GBP, typically monthly, once your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard.
- You are responsible for your own tax and, where applicable, must provide a valid VAT invoice. We may withhold payment where legally required.
- We may withhold or recover payments connected to fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.
5. Conduct — what is not allowed
- No spam, unsolicited email/SMS, or messaging that breaches PECR or UK GDPR.
- No bidding on our trademarks, no “Silux” typosquatting domains, and no posing as Silux Telecom Ltd.
- No misleading, false or unsubstantiated claims about the service or pricing.
- No self-referrals, incentivised clicks, cookie-stuffing, or fake/forced traffic.
- No coupon-site or toolbar tactics that hijack other affiliates’ legitimate referrals.
- You must comply with the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.
6. Data protection
Where you share personal data of prospects with us, you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so. We process referral and visit data as a controller in line with our Privacy Policy. Referred individuals retain all their data-subject rights, including objection and erasure.
7. Resellers and white-label partners
White-label resellers may also generate affiliate links from within their reseller portal. The same tracking, clawback and conduct rules apply, in addition to the reseller agreement governing sub-tenant billing and branding.
8. Changes and termination
We may amend these terms, commission rates or the programme on reasonable notice, and may suspend or terminate any affiliate for breach or abuse. On termination, confirmed and unpaid commission earned before termination remains payable unless it relates to fraud or breach.
